There are two areas when a user is inside a case that allows them to send emails out of the system, regardless of if the SMTP settings are set.
1. The first place is near the top right of the page. The icon will be a paper airplane and a blue envelope, clicking this will open up the email window.
2. The second place is everywhere you see an information bubble next to any users name. A user needs to click this bubble, once they do this a small bio for the user will populate. Once the bio populates the user must then click on the email to open the email window.
