Users can utilize their email address inside CROSStrax by enabling the SMTP Settings. Users can also add their own email signature as well by following the below steps.
1. Go to the Admin profile of the user you want to add a signature to.

2. Click onto the profile name and scroll to the bottom of the profile page and there will be an area where box where you can add your signature. Once it is added click submit to save your email signature to the system.
