Short answer: No — CROSStrax allows only one lead per account.

How CROSStrax handles leads and accounts

In CROSStrax, leads are treated as individual contacts, but they are tied to a single account (firm). Once a firm is created as a lead and later converted into a client, that firm is considered an active account in the system.

Because of this:

  • You cannot create multiple leads under the same firm

  • If you attempt to do so, you will see the message “Account already exists”

This behavior is intentional and helps prevent duplicate client records.

Working with multiple stakeholders at the same firm

If you work with multiple individuals at the same company:

  1. Create or convert the firm into a client account

  2. Add additional individuals as contacts under that client account

This allows you to track multiple stakeholders while keeping all activity tied to the correct firm.

Why this matters

Once a firm is converted to a client, you are already doing business with that organization — regardless of how many individual contacts you work with. Managing additional stakeholders as contacts ensures cleaner data and better reporting.
